Our team
The ICT Digital Solutions team consists of experienced software architects, software developers (frontend, backend & fullstack) as well as project managers, scrum masters, product owners and business consultants.
As a global group, we also draw from the ICT Group’s talent pool of over 2,000 IT experts with experience in a wide range of industries and technologies.
Our Management
Alexander Dotzler
General Manager ICT Digital Solutions
Alexander Dotzler can look back on an impressive career in the IT industry, which includes both national and international successes. He has been Managing Director of ICT Digital Solutions GmbH since the company was founded in 2016. Prior to that, he held various positions at ALTEN GmbH and Aventon GmbH, including Head of Key Account Management and Business Development Director. Alexander has also been Director DACH / Business Development of the ICT Group since January 2023. With his expertise and leadership, he contributes significantly to the further development and strengthening of the company’s market position.
Karim Henkens
CEO ICT Group / General Manager ICT Digital Solutions
Karim Henkens has an extensive track record in the IT world, both nationally and internationally, and is an energetic and committed leader. Most recently, he worked at IT service provider Cegeka as Managing Director for the group’s northern region. Prior to that, he held various positions at Centric, including CEO. As CEO, Karim will be responsible for further strengthening ICT Group’s market position in the Netherlands and Northern Europe from September 1, 2022 and has been supporting the management of ICT Digital Solutions since August 2024.
